Second favorite Hobbie: Tie between spending time at the river, and running with her son and dog.

Why she likes to ride: "It is one of the only times I am completely in the moment and it feeds my soul."

Most memorable race: Either the 1992 Shasta Lemurian where I lined up with John Tomac, Bobke, H-Ball, and numerous other top pros and helped Susan DeMattei fix a flat or the 2005 Super Prestige Cyclocross Race at Golden Gate Park when I won the 35+B Category riding my 1-speed bike against 40 other geared riders.

Why she likes to ride: "Great way to see so much territory that most people will never see, and a great way to be able to eat all the food I want and stay healthy and fit."

Most memorable race: Tamarancho Fat Tire Festival 2006 because I won my category after getting a DFL from a horrible bonk the week before. It felt great to go from worst to first in only one week! Truth be told, DFL the week before taught me more about racing than winning the next week, that's for sure.
